Upgrade to new, powerful router

The existing server is currently under stress with traffic increasing, causing server performance to degrade.
We will be upgrading our existing router to a new, powerful router by 28 September 2021 (1am midnight).
There is expected 5-10 mins down time for the server to be back online. There's no action needed from your end.

Network connectivity issue

We detected some issues again this morning around 8am that some of the traffic packages are lose causing slower loading time and very short down time. This is cause by web traffic is overloaded at secondary route at data centre.

There will be a planned maintenance to switch to a new primary router at midnight tomorrow.

Server is suffering from degraded performance and intermittent downtime

Our server is suffering from a short downtime and degraded performance. Our team has started working on restoring the service. The incident is caused by a network issue. We have submitted a request to inform upstream and ISP providers to resolve the issue.
