We make a simple update to our server software and it was having a short 3 minutes downtime during the restart process.

We are aware of the SSL connection error if a website visitor is outside of Malaysia.

It could be just a false positive detection by our minoring software regarding SSL issue.

SSL connection issue for oversea traffic

We have detected a SSL error for traffic trying to access overseas. The issue has been resolved as it was just intermittent downtime at the ISP level.
