We're upgrading our database software and need to restart the server. This will cause about 10-15 minutes of downtime.

Schedule webmail software update

Software upgrades will be carried out on the webmail platform by administrators during this period. While mail client connections via IMAP/POP3/SMTP will continue to function normally, there may be interruptions in accessing the webmail interface.

Degraded

Reduced Network Redundancy

At 4am, our monitoring system detected a fiber breakage incident along a critical route in one of our data centers. This incident resulted in a brief disruption of network connectivity as we rerouted traffic to another healthy fiber.

Network connectivity remains stable, and we expect no further disruption, however, services should be considered 'at risk' due to the reduced redundancy. We will provide a further update once full resilience has been restored.
